The app does what it says but it spaces out the emails very weird. It looks like I was drinking when I sent out an email. If this was fixed I would give the app 5 stars. But, since I cant use it becasue of the space issue I give it two. I want my refund like site says. Not happy with app cant use it.

This app does what it says. Works great, never did it not have the correct spelling. Not sure what others are crying about. Works every time never crashes. I rec buying this app. !!

I really liked your product up until this latest upgrade. i prefer typing vertically, finding it much faster... this latest update forces you to type in landscape mode... Can you allow the accelerometer to decide, like the native typing app? Otherwise great product, thanks!!

Prior to Nov 3, 2009 upgrade, the user was able to chose either to type in Landscape mode or Portrait. Since the upgrade, the program only allows Landscape typing. Personally I type much faster using Portrait. Please enable the feature again. Other than that, its a great app! Ive tried other paid similar apps and this one seems to be the best!

This is my primary email and twitter app, but I always type in Portrait mode. When I realized it only worked in Landscape I went back to the first version. I would love to have the new features but I’ll have to have Portrait typing mode back or I’ll just stay with the old version. Please give both orientations as an option.

First off shame on Apple for not including this in their software for the iPhone. I am okay with the fact of using this program as a separate app because the transfer process works seamless. I would have given this app a 5 stars but went for 4 stars because it left our something very basic. it does not auto capitalize the firs letter of a sentence. Hope to see this in a future update. If I overlooked a setting for the auto capitalisation please let me know.

The old version worked great. I would give it 4 stars. The new version is buggy. It stalls out, crashes, and even when it does work it is slow, and I am on a 3GS

Update: Im a pretty bad speller, and often spell checkers choke on my spelling logic, but Ive yet to see this apps engine fail to find the word. Pretty good! Also, this app holds onto your text come hell or hi-water - the phone? The text gets restored. Timer spring off? No problem! I like that. this is how an app should treat data. End update: this is a good app. sending out unspell-checked prose kept me from writing a lot more on this platform. this app fits the bill mostly. but theres a few things: 1) as you can see - no caps on the 1st word of a sentence. this should be optional either way. dont restrict either style writing. 2) the keyboard should be selectable and lockable to either portrait or landscape. 3) you can add words to the custom dictionary by clicking on the very 1st line when given suggestions. this should be more clear. 4) we should be able to cancel the spell check. 5) when given suggestions we should have the ability to edit the word right there. 6) a skip all choice would be nice. 7) the suggestions dialog is homely and inconsistent with the iPhone, but that is literally as well as figuratively the last item on my list.

Finally, a real spell checker that proofreads a completed document. Well executed. Give it a try.

Best app yet! Works great with email, but the next update needs to automatically capitalize the first letter of a new sentence. Why doesnt iPhone have spell check?!

It is a little slow to use. Would like to see auto caps and have it work directly within the iphone email app.

My iPhone is my first apple device. I am stunned .... There is no spell check for texting and emailing. I thought that was a basic feature since the 1980s. And why can I view flash websites? Anyhow.... This app works fine/well. It could be a little better. Capitalize the first letter. Make the app work faster. Dont force me to use the app in landscape view. If I can post to twitter why can I post to facebook with this app.

Wrote a long review. Somone else had the same "from" so this junk review process delted. Short version This buggy ap will delete your work without warning. Not ready for prime time Saw a review that mention a refund. I deleted the garbage thing. Lets see if Apple gives me my buck back, or if this review gets posted.

It has many bugs and does not work as advertised. It does not spell check for any lenguage other than English.

Its pretty neat to have the landscape mode but is there a way to have landscape while replying???? And hopefully sms comes in a future update.
